Welcome to NandiG, a digital community management and security platform operated by Abhisri Enterprise Pvt. Ltd. (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).

By downloading, accessing, or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

1. About the Platform

NandiG – Your digital gatekeeper is a digital community management and security platform designed for residential societies and gated communities. The Platform enables features including visitor management, resident verification, security alerts, SOS emergency notifications, staff attendance tracking, communication tools, and amenity management.

The Platform is a technology-based facilitation tool designed to improve operational efficiency and community safety by enabling coordination and information sharing between residents, security personnel, and administrators; however, it does not provide physical security, surveillance, law enforcement, or emergency response services, and the Company shall not be responsible for the acts, omissions, or conduct of any users, security personnel, visitors, or third parties.

The Company does not provide security services, law enforcement, or emergency response services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and competent to enter into a contract under Indian law.

If you are using the Platform on behalf of a business or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.

3. Account Registration

Some features may require you to create an account. When you do so, you must provide accurate, complete, and updated information.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials; and
• All activities under your account.

We are not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access due to your failure to safeguard your credentials.

4. Permitted Use

You may use the Platform solely for lawful personal, residential, or internal community management purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for unlawful, misleading, or harmful activity;
• Attempt to copy, modify, reverse engineer, or disrupt any part of the Platform;
• Upload inaccurate, offensive, or infringing content; or
• Misuse any data or feature of the Platform.

Violation of these Terms may result in suspension or termination of access.

5. Location-Based Features

The Platform may use your device’s location information (if you grant permission) to:

• Enable location-based alerts for visitor access, entry/exit monitoring, and security within or near registered premises;
• Provide context-specific notifications on community operations, alerts, and updates based on user location or device settings; and
• Enhance the Platform’s functionality, performance, reliability, and related safety, monitoring, and access control features.

You can control or disable location permissions at any time in your device settings.

We do not track your location continuously and only use it as needed to deliver relevant alerts or features. Location data accuracy depends on device and network conditions, and the Company does not guarantee precision or reliability.

All location data is handled as per our Privacy Policy and not shared with advertisers or third parties.

6. SOS and Emergency Features

The Platform may provide SOS or emergency alert features that enable users to notify selected contacts, security personnel, or other users within the Platform. Such features are facilitative tools intended only to assist communication during perceived emergencies.

The Company does not provide emergency services and does not guarantee any response, intervention, or outcome. The Company shall not be liable for any delay, failure, or inability of any person or authority to respond to such alerts including but not limited to security personnel, residents, or local authorities.

7. User Data and Content

You may input or upload data including resident details, visitor information, service requests, communications, or other information (“User Data”). You retain ownership of your data. However, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display it solely to provide Platform functionality.

We may use aggregated and anonymized data (that cannot identify you) to improve services, perform analytics, and enhance performance.

8. Data Accuracy

The Platform relies on user inputs, third-party data, and automated systems. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any data, including but not limited to visitor logs, alerts, notifications, or system-generated records.

By using the Platform, you consent to the practices described in that policy.

10. Intellectual Property

All contents and intellectual property in the Platform, including the software, interface, design, text, and graphics, is owned by Abhisri Enterprise Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable right to use the Platform for your own lawful purposes.

You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform and all related features are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties, express or implied.

We do not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that data and alerts will always be accurate or timely. Use of the Platform is at your own discretion and risk.

Certain features of the Platform may be accessible only to designated administrators or authorized personnel. The Company is not responsible for misuse of data or actions taken by such authorized users.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the company shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss;
• Any loss resulting from inaccurate or delayed alerts, including expiry or location notifications;
• Any interruption or unauthorized access to your account.

Our total liability if any, shall not exceed the amount paid (if any) for accessing premium features in the preceding three months.

13. Termination

You may delete your account or stop using the Platform at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account without notice if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or misused the Platform, emergency, or community features.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Revised Terms will be effective once posted on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
