1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the NandiG mobile application or web platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

NandiG provides a digital platform for housing societies in India to manage gate security, communication, and resident directories. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

3. User Roles & Responsibilities

Residents: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

RWA Committee: You must ensure that society registration documents uploaded to NandiG are authentic and legally valid.

4. Emergency SOS Feature

The SOS feature is intended to act as a secondary alert mechanism. NandiG does not guarantee immediate emergency response and is not a replacement for dialing national emergency services (e.g., 100, 108).

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use NandiG to:

• Harass, abuse, or threaten other residents or security staff.
• Upload false or misleading verification documents.
• Send spam or unauthorized commercial communications via Society Messenger.

6. Limitation of Liability

NandiG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service, including security breaches at your physical premises.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of NandiG.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
