Yes, tenants can register and be verified by either the Flat Owner or the RWA Secretary. They get access to all essential features like QR passes and gate approvals.
Security & Gate Management
The security guard can manually log their details (name, photo, phone) at the gate. This sends an instant approval request to the resident's app.
Pressing the SOS button triggers a 3-second countdown. Once completed, it sends instant high-priority alerts to your selected emergency contacts and the main gate security console.
Yes, the RWA Secretary can blacklist specific individuals or vendors, preventing guards from generating passes for them.
Not at all. We designed the guard interface specifically for low-literacy users. It uses large icons, clear color coding (Green for Go, Red for Stop), and requires minimal typing.
