1A. Consent for Data Processing

By using the Platform and enabling specific features such as account creation, notifications, or location access, you provide your freely given, specific, informed, and revocable consent for the collection and processing of your personal data for those purposes.

You may withdraw your consent at any time by disabling those features in your device settings or by writing to us at Email: support@nandig.in upon such withdrawal, the Company shall cease processing the relevant personal data, unless such processing is required under applicable law.

Your data is securely stored on servers located in India or trusted cloud infrastructure providers that comply with recognized security standards.

We retain your data only as long as your account is active or necessary for providing the service.

If you delete your account, your personal will be permanently deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
